About Us
Henry and Karuna have been passionate champions of the arts for as long as they can remember. Their lives have been shaped by music, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of artistic expression to bring people together. In 2018, they met Joe at a local live music venue, and what began as a shared love of great music quickly grew into a lasting friendship and creative partnership.
Joe, a lifelong resident of the northwest suburbs, has spent decades helping to shape the region’s cultural landscape. As both a creator and a steadfast supporter of the arts, he has dedicated countless hours to uplifting local artists and strengthening the creative community.
Together, Henry, Karuna, and Joe bring passion, experience, and a shared vision to their roles as directors. United by their belief that the arts are vital for daily quality of life for all, they are honored and energized to help guide the MaddBear Arts Foundation into a vibrant and inspiring future.
